Silky, pure and driven by beautiful black cherry, currant and blackberry fruit. Plenty of tobacco, toast, mineral and graphite hints too, but stays seamless and pure through the finish. Great length and mouthfeel. Best from 2007 through 2022. 275 cases imported. —J.M.

Lots of flashy, bacony and mocha toast aromas and flavors lead the way, with good plum and black cherry fruit behind it. Has a sweet, silky texture through the exotic finish, and will have lots of fans for its lush, modern approach. Drink now through 2020. —J.M.
